Mr. Olusola Teniola, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Olusola has 18 years telecommunication experience from renowned blue-chip technology companies: Nortel Networks, Cisco Systems, Alcatel-Lucent Technologies and operator based experienced with BT PLC, Vodafone (UK) and World Telecom (Portugal). He was most recently General Manager of World Telecom where he spearheaded the company’s successful launch of its Virtual ISP services: ADSL broadband, mobile virtual network services and bundled voice and data products. Olusola brings hands on technical and commercial acumen with an Engineering degree with Honours in Computer & Information Engineering (UK) and a MBA from Bath University School of Management, UK (2003).
Mr. Akin Akintan, Director
Akin is a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He was called to the Nigerian bar in 2004. He specialises in commercial law and corporate practice. Currently, he is a private legal practitioner who is based in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. He brings to Kinten Telecom an uncommon vibrancy and experience garnered over the years courtesy of Chief Afe Babalola SAN & Co; a leading law firm in Nigeria where he currently practises. He is an alumnus of the University of Lagos, where he obtained his LL.B (Hons.).
Mr. Ade Aroloye, Director
Ade has over eighteen (18) years of brand management and marketing communications / advertising experience, spanning the key sectors of the Nigerian economy. He has worked in two global advertising firms and two multinational FMCG companies i.e. Ogilvy Benson & Mather (OBM), STB–McCann Ericsson, International Distillers Ltd (now Intercontinental Distillers Ltd) and most recently Cadbury Nigeria PLC where at various times, he had marketing responsibility for the Sugar, Gum, Chocolate confectionery and food seasoning businesses. He is a graduate of the University of Lagos and has attended several training programs both locally and abroad.
Mr. Fredrick Gyebi-Ababio, CISSP, CISA; Security Expert
Fred has 10 years of work experience in IT, where he specialises in data network installation and consumer web-access technologies. He also has 7 years of information security experience and is CISSP & CISA qualified. He brings to Kinten Telecom a wealth of experience from CAP Gemini in the areas of data encryption and Internet security.
Mr. Terry Omojola, eLearning Expert
Terry is an expert in eLearning and through his USA based company, T|Factor Inc. (www.tfactor.com), he has delivered to Fortune 500 companies his KnowledgePortal solutions. He has many years’ hands on experience in providing technology strategy and solutions across various verticals in the US and has presented his solution at numerous Bankers' conferences in Abuja & Lagos, Nigeria. Terry brings to Kinten Telecom access to a wide eLearning ecosystem in targeted regions of Africa.
Chief Folu Olamiti, Director
Chief Olamiti, a journalist, writer and media consultant, retired as the Executive Director (Publications) of Tribune titles, after thirty years of active, eventful and successful career in journalism.
Chief Olamiti is a member of many professional associations, both at home and abroad. He is also the chairman of Campaign Vision International, a public affairs company, and chairman, Board of Trustees of The Environment Foundation (TEF), a non-governmental organisation.
Chief Olamiti brings to Kinten Telecom many years of high level contacts in both government and business circles within Nigeria and on an International scale.
Mr. Pedro Cardoso, Advisor
Pedro has more than 20 years experience of creating wealth for investors in the telecommunication industry, where he has been involved in various business start-ups and realised $50m worth of value for CaboVisao in Portugal via a Canadian venture capital vehicle. He is now involved in Uniteldata (www.uniteldata.pt/front-page ), a triple play start-up, based in the north of Portugal rolling out optic fibre to the home and delivering innovative bundled services over the network. Pedro brings to Kinten Telecom firsthand experience in delivering telecommunication solutions and is well known in the Portuguese telecommunication and investment community.

Cary is a Managing Partner of Ignite Venture Partners, USA (www.ignite-vp.com) and brings to Kinten Telecom a wealth of strategic interests in developing the next wave of capital growth in emerging markets. He is a financial guru and shrewd entrepreneur with more than 30 years of business experience.
